1.Quality Control:

Our main QC process is that, the injection components will be inspected by our QC staffs before plating/ chrome plating; after this process, the components will be inspected again to ensure every component is perfect, which includes both the appearance and functional aspect. After the shower heads are assembled, all will be test via water, to make sure every function works, and the water line effect is perfect. We make sure our products is 100% fine and ship.
2.New item research and OEM
we have our mould design and research department, 5 staffs engage in research and develop the product and the mould, 10 staffs engage in mould manufacture. We have 3 CNC machines, 6 EDM machines, 12 milling machines, and some other important machines for mould making. Since we have the advantages of our staffs and machines, we can develop all new mould in 20-30days, which make sure that we can at the leading edge of our field. We have good capability in making new mould in short time.Meanwhile,our company put 15% of our sales in new product research each year.
